"We had a great experience with Heather as our buyers agent. We lived in Vegas and we were moving to Sun City West in Arizona. So it was difficult to come in every week to view homes. Heather would send us listings that was in our price range and we would view them. When we found some we liked, Heather would take her personal time to go view the homes for us. She would inspect the homes and send us videos with her professional opinions. It saved us a lot of trips to Phoenix to view homes and took up a lot of her time. When we did find a few homes we were interested in then we would make the trip in. She would set up the appointments for us to view the homes. It was during the sellers market and people were paying over the asking price. We did make a couple offers but got out bidded. We did find a house that we liked and wanted to put an offer in. "When I decided to start preparing for retirement, we were living in Alabama. I told my wife that we are relocating to Arizona and having a new home build as our retirement home. My wife thought I was crazy. And so it happened. In 2019, I made the decision to retire. We knew we wanted to live in a family safe city within a 20-30 mile radius of Phoenix, AZ. That’s when I started looking for a reliable realtor in the Phoenix metropolitan area and the surrounding cities. I Google searched for new homes for sale and I came across a home of interest. The realtor was Heather Smith with Highgarden Real Estate. I contacted Heather to ask her if that particular property was available or under contract. Unfortunately, it was already under contract. Heather then said that she had other similar properties that we might like. She emailed me the MLS of homes she had. I also gave Heather a property profile list I put together describing the locations, square footage and type of home we wanted. After a couple of weeks, Heather called me and told me about this new home under construction that was just being finished and ready to go in the market. We really loved the floor plan, but we were not too excited with the kitchen cabinets, the countertops, and the floor tiles. In the property details, I did notice that the home structure was called Pelican Bay. At that moment, my curiosity got the best of me. So, I decided to Google Pelican Bay floor plans in Arizona. And the home builder, Fulton Homes popped up. Fulton Homes is a very reputable home builder in Arizona that builds beautiful custom quality homes. I called Fulton Homes and spoke to a sales associate. They told me that a new community located in Goodyear (25 miles west of Phoenix) has just been released and available to buy. I immediately called Heather about it and she contacted the builder on my behalf. Heather arranged a ZOOM meeting with us and the Fulton Homes sales associate. She's a fantastic age"
